By accessing or using Pier ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pier provides a developer platform for deploying and managing container-based applications in Firecracker microVMs. The Service includes the web console, CLI, and associated APIs.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
- Abuse shared resources in a manner that degrades service for other users
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pier and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
